libautotrace-dev software package provides bitmap to vector graphics converter, development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libautotrace-dev
libautotrace-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libautotrace-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libautotrace-dev *
You will get with libautotrace-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
